Having Trouble Logging In?

When you initially sign-up for one of our online training products, you will either create your own password during the checkout process, or receive a system generated password sent to the email address that you registered with. Below are instructions for logging in to access your materials, based on whether your account is NEW or EXISTING.

NEW USERS:

If you DO NOT already have an account with us (due to previously signing up for The Cates Academy, a free PDF download, or one of our other training products), you will be receiving an e-mail containing your login information within a few minutes of registration. Once you have your username and password, click the button below to sign in and you will be re-directed to your library.

EXISTING USERS:

If you DO have an existing account with us (due to previously signing up for The Cates Academy, a free PDF download, or one of our other training products), simply click the red button below and sign-in using your existing username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot My Password" option on the login page and follow the instructions to recover your account info.

LOGIN TROUBLESHOOTING:

If you did not receive the e-mail containing your username and password, or are otherwise having trouble signing in, please do the following:

  1. Check your SPAM / Junkmail folder. 

  2. If you previously registered for a training product with us (video training course, eGuide, etc.) you may already have an account - in which case your login credentials would not be re-sent. If this is the case, please click the orange login button above. Once redirected to the login page, select "Forgot My Password and follow the steps to reset your account.
